On-Ramp Introductory Classes
If you would like to join the CFS community, your next step would be to participate in our "On-Ramp" program. The On-Ramp program consists of 6 instructional classes, wherein you will learn the foundational movements of CrossFit, as well as some other more techincal movements that we feel better to be taught in the On-Ramp, rather than "on the fly" in the middle of a regular class. There are two options for the On-Ramp:
Group On-Ramp - 6 Group Classes: Runs every two weeks: Monday and Wednesday at 7:30pm and Saturday at 9:00am.
Private On-Ramp - 3 Private Lessons - Scheduled at your convenience with the Coach's availability.
Once the On-Ramp in completed, you then may participate in any CrossFit class you like (CrossFit WOD). You do not need to sign up ahead of time, you do not need to set a schedule with us; just get your butt in and train with us!
