We also offer off-season and in-season training for entire teams. We will specialize in speed, agility, strength, and conditioning for the athletes in their respective sports. We have a state of the art facility, outfitted with 25 yards of field turf, a brand new pull up rig and squat racks, and olympic lifting platforms. The athletes have their own room separate from the other CrossFit classes to ensure there are no distractions while they are training.
CrossFit Shrewsbury's Athlete Program is a program designed for athletes in middle school and older. The program will focus on the development of these athletes in the following areas: speed and agility, strength, and power. Our coaches have played sports at the highest levels and trained under some of the best strength and conditioning coaches in their respective sports. These experiences coupled with the CrossFit style of training has allowed us to build a program that we believe will help our athletes grow to become better athletes on and off the field.
