What is BURN?
BURN is a fitness class that will mix High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with functional fitness in a 45-minute class. You will receive top notch coaching to push you to your limits to help you achieve all your fitness goals. There will be no barbells, no heavy weights, and no high skill movements. Just you and like-minded individuals crushing your goals together!
When are the classes and how long are they?
The classes will be on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday every week from 5:30am to 6:15am, and Monday through Friday at 8:30am to 9:15am. You will receive a warm-up, workout, and cool down in every single session! The 45 minutes will be jam packed with fitness so you get the most bang for your buck!
How does the BURN membership work?
The BURN class membership will be a monthly package. For $149.99 a month you will be entitled to all 12 classes that month. Once you sign up you will have a spot reserved. We will have a limited number of spots available to ensure the classes will not get over crowded.
Can I have a CrossFit membership and a BURN membership?
BURN and CrossFit will have two separate memberships. If you want to do both we will have a few options.
You can purchase the BURN membership for $149.99 and receive a discount on any CrossFit membership.
If you are a current CrossFit member, you can get a BURN 10 Pack for $149.99 with a 2 month expiration.
Since this is a BRAND NEW class we will be capping the membership options like this. In the future, with enough interest, we will have membership options for a joint membership.
Can I try a BURN class before committing?
Of course! We will offer a free trial to anyone who is interested so they can check the class out! You will only be granted one free class! From there, if we have spots available, you can purchase a BURN membership!
